1. General Information

These terms of use govern access to and use of GeoLand Aquapark services, owned by Harpin Hotels Group. By entering the park or using our website, you fully and unconditionally accept these terms.

2. Park Services

2.1 Operating Hours

The park operates daily and on weekends from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We reserve the right to change operating hours due to weather conditions or other exceptional circumstances.

2.2 Pricing

Day Pass for Greek citizens/permanent residents:

Adults: €17.50 (includes one soft drink or coffee)
Children 0-2 years: Free
Children 2-6 years: €9.00

Day Pass All Inclusive for tourists:

Adults: €60.00 (includes all inclusive food and drinks 10:00-17:00)
Children 0-2 years: Free
Children 2-6 years: 50% discount

Special rates require presentation of ID or recent utility bill.

2.3 Events

We organize children’s parties, birthdays, and special events. Bookings are made by arrangement and advance payment.

3. Visitor Rules and Obligations

3.1 Age Restrictions

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
Minors over 12 can enter with written parental/guardian consent

3.2 Health and Safety

Entry prohibited for persons with contagious diseases
Water slide access only with appropriate swimwear
Mandatory compliance with lifeguard instructions
Prohibited use of facilities under influence of alcohol or substances

3.3 Behavior

Respect for other visitors and staff
Violent or inappropriate behavior prohibited
Maintain cleanliness of areas
Outside food and drinks prohibited

3.4 Prohibited Items

Glass objects
Alcoholic beverages
Pets (except guide dogs)
Weapons or dangerous objects

4. Responsibilities and Liability

4.1 Visitor Responsibility

Visitors are fully responsible for:

Their behavior and that of their children
Safekeeping of personal belongings
Any damage caused to facilities
Compliance with safety rules

4.2 Park Responsibility

The park is responsible for:

Maintaining facilities in safe condition
Presence of trained lifeguards
Providing first aid
Compliance with health and safety regulations

4.3 Limitation of Liability

The park is not liable for:

Accidents due to non-compliance with rules
Theft or loss of personal items
Weather-related damages
Pre-existing medical conditions

5. Reservations and Cancellations

5.1 Booking Policy

Event bookings require 50% advance payment
Booking confirmation within 24 hours
Availability upon arrangement

5.2 Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before
24-48 hours before: 50% charge
Same day cancellation: full charge
Extreme weather conditions: full refund

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Website Content

All website content (texts, images, logos) is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Harpin Hotels.

6.2 Photos/Videos

The park may take photos for promotional purposes
Visitors can decline participation
Personal photography allowed with respect for others’ privacy

7. Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, in accordance with GDPR and Greek legislation.

8. Disputes and Applicable Law

8.1 Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Greek law.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Greek courts in the area where the park is located have jurisdiction for any disputes.

8.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

Amicable resolution through dialogue is encouraged before legal proceedings.

9. Special Terms for Minors

9.1 Parental Responsibility

Parents/guardians bear full responsibility for the behavior and safety of their minor children.

9.2 Supervision

Children must be constantly supervised by adults, especially at water slides and pools.

10. Weather Conditions

10.1 Suspension of Operations

The park reserves the right to suspend operations in case of:

Extreme weather conditions
Thunderstorms or lightning
Strong winds
Other conditions that endanger safety

10.2 Refunds

In case of suspension for safety reasons, we offer:

Full ticket refunds
Transfer of booking to another date
Credit for future visit

11. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be announced on our website and take effect from their publication date.
